Tools showed up fine and work okay, but shipping dragged a bit. Had to email twice for an update. Not bad, just not great.

I ordered from baddogtools.com thinking, alright, I’ll probably be waiting a bit, maybe a few extra days like usual. Then I checked the shipping and was surprised because it was moving way faster than I expected.
At first I was kind of impatient because I actually needed the tool soon, but the tracking kept updating and that made me feel a lot better. No weird silence, no guessing game, and when the box arrived it was in good shape too.

By the time it got here, I was just relieved and happy with the whole thing. It’s funny how fast shipping can totally change your mood when you’re waiting on something you need.

These bits were definitely sharp right out of the package, no question about it. But I’m completely convinced they dulled way faster than they should have. They worked fine at first, but after a little use, the edge just wasn’t there anymore.

This cut through bolts way faster than I thought it would, and I had the job done before I knew it. it saved me a bunch of time.

I was surprised, but they really did honor the guarantee!!! I got my replacement without any hassle at all, which was such a relief!!! Super easy experience!!!

Not gonna lie, the delivery was solid. I ordered something last week and it showed up right around the date they said it would. The tracking kept updating normally, which was helpful. The box had a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was totally fine. I’d order again.

The warranty coverage seems reasonable, but I felt a bit rushed trying to get things sorted out and still had to wait longer than I expected for clear answers. They did get back to me, just not very quickly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be smoother and easier to deal with

I bought some bits from baddogtools.com a while back, they’ve been solid. I’ve put them through a few rough jobs, and they’re still going strong. Some other bits I’ve used chipped quick or just wore down faster than I expected, but these haven’t really done that. So yeah, kind of impressed. I wasn’t thinking too much about it at first, but after using them a bunch, they’re definitely tougher than most I’ve tried.

The layout feels old, like it hasn’t been cleaned up in a while. A few things were easy enough to figure out, but other parts felt messy and not super clear tbh.

I didn’t totally hate using it or anything, but it wasn’t a smooth shopping experience. It’d be way better with a cleaner setup and easier navigation.

The bit went through metal well at first, so I was hopeful. After a bit of use though, it started getting dull sooner than I expected. It’s not terrible or anything, but something about it just didn’t feel quite up to what I wanted for drilling harder materials.

I bought a bit from Bad Dog Tools for a project with a mix of metals, and it just didn’t handle stainless the way I was hoping. It did alright on softer steel and thinner pieces, but it started getting rough quickly. Maybe I didn’t pick the exact right one, but the website made it sound like it’d work on more materials than it really did for me. It’s not totally useless, just wasn’t a great fit for what I needed.

Shipping was normal, no weird delays or problems, so there’s not much to complain about there. I’m just kind of left feeling like the value is okay, not terrible, not amazing, just somewhere in the middle where I’d use the tools again but probably wouldn’t tell someone they’re an unbelievable bargain.
